Save Oyster Bay Cove

In January of 2024 Oyster Bay Cove village board of trustees along with mayor Charles Goulding changed the zoning codes for the entire village of OBC to specifically accommodate Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory’s request of purchasing 57 Sandy Hill Road and turning into a multi residential housing complex to accommodate 28 single residences without directly notifying any residents or seek any input from the community.

We need everyone to come and show solidarity against this outrageous change.

Let’s not turn into another extension of Cold Spring Harbor Lab City.
